I participated in Maker Faire Seoul 2018 as a Maker exhibiting "Parkinson's Disease Diagnosis Apparatus." With this exhibition, my two-yearlong project with Parkinson's Disease was put to an end. After my software development, I teamed up with Seoyeon Yang from SNU during Deep Learning Camp 2018 to embed my diagnosis model on Raspberry Pi. We converted our model into MobileNet v1 and then to TensorFlow Lite. Then the model was put on Raspberry Pi with AndroidThings installed. The completed device could perform a real-time diagnosis but in return, the accuracy dropped from 93% to 60%. We will be working on increasing this accuracy on a mobile or embedded platform.
